The Permian Basin AFP Chapter makes a pledge each year to the AFP Foundation through its Every Member Campaign. Our pledge is $1,100. Your 2011 Board of Directors each gave $25 toward our pledge and we are inviting each of our members to do likewise.
Your gift is tax deductible. If you so choose to donate to our foundation, please make your check payable to AFP Foundation (and note that it is for Every Member Campaign) and mail to Valerie Acosta (incoming treasurer) at our chapter post office box (P.O. Box 10193, Midland, TX 79702).

Do you hate the hassle of getting an organizational check or, worse yet, having to get the receipt back to the office in order to get reimbursed for AFP’s monthly luncheon meetings??? Save yourself a headache and a little cash by paying $70 (rather than $90) one time and be done with it! That would cover every month except for the months of our social, National Philanthropy Day and our annual AFP/NMC Joint Workshop!
Make your check payable to AFP Permian Basin Chapter and send it to Valerie Acosta, Treasurer, at P.O. Box 10193, Midland, TX 79702 in the amount of $70! Note on your check that you are pre-paying for the entire year’s meetings!
You can also let Renee Meiner, Hospitality Chair, know if you would like to have a standing reservation for lunch. Just shoot her an email at rmeiner@mcrc1.org!

An affordable AFP conference you don’t want to miss!
Did you know our AFP chapter offers $250 stipends to any member wanting to attend an AFP conference? The full conference price for this gem is $249, but if you register by January 15, it is only $199. You still get the $250 stipend to help with hotel or travel expenses!
